GJQ(X)-KG clamp rubber expansion joint introduction:
We developed clamp rubber joint to meet clientsĄŻ demand in 2002 and replaced and bolt with yokes. The two nozzles of yoking rubber joint can be easily installed around relevant pipes and the rubber joint and pipe can be fixed by yokes, and loose the yoke for maintenance so as to compensate the displacement resulted from pipesĄŻ hot expansion and cold constriction. Co***red with other rubber joints, the product has
characteristics as follows:
1. Clamp rubber joint saves flange and bolt and reduces project expenses.
2. Clamp rubber joint nozzle needs no flanging, which simplifies production procedures for rubber joint and saves raw materials.
3. Clamp rubber joint simplifies installation and maintenance and improves work efficiency.
4. Clamp rubber joint is made of stainless steel and characterized with erosion resistance.
Diameter: D50-400, installation length shall be designed according to GJQ(X)-DF-I or consumerĄŻs demand.
